HOW IT WORKS

Toolcase comes with an RFID reader and five active RFID tags in the box with easy-to-follow instructions. Follow these four easy steps:

Set-Up

Place an RFID tag on each tool.
Place the charged RFID reader in your toolbox.

Download and Sync the Toolcase App with the RFID Reader

Scan the QR code and install the Toolcase application on your smartphone.
Press the pairing button on the RFID reader and connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth

Assign Tools

to Your

Toolbox

Press the “Assign” button.
Take a picture of your tools through the Toolcase smartphone application to name your tools. Rename the tools manually if necessary

Track

Your

Tools

Use the “Track” button to see real-time tool locations for active tags and passive tags within the RFID-tracking proximity.
• The Toolcase application will alert the user for tools moving outside the RFID reader proximity.
